You know, those giant exercise balls.
You can do regular front crunches on the ball, make it harder by extending your arms straight over your head, or hold dumbbells to your chest. Do side crunches too to work those side ab muscles. I do pushups on the ball and tricep dips as well. Everything is a little harder because you have to keep the ball balanced. I also like to rest my shoulders and head on the ball and do chest flys or chest presses. I like ab twists with the ball too, just sit on the floor and lean back just til you feel those abs working, hold the ball in front of you, twist to one side and touch the ball to the floor, then go to the other side.
I love working with an exercise ball and mixing it with other exercises too.

Sit on the ball feet on the floor and do crunches from left to right.. One elbow touching the opposite knee.. (Right to left… Vice-versa) If you do it alot and get your heart pumping it can trim that layer of fat thats hiding your 6 pack..
