What are some of the positions of ab exercises on the exercise ball?

One ab exercise is where you put your head and shoulders (face up) on the ball, make your stomach and back straight, and make you're shins point up towards the ceiling and hold this stretch. Here's another, you put you're forearms on the ball (face down)and make youre back straight and put your feet up on their toes on the floor and hold it. And if you want to stretch you're abs and not work them, lay down on the ball and put youre hands on the ground on one side of it and put you're feet on the other side and hold.

place your back on the ball, between your shoulders. breathe out and roll upper body up as far as you can. hold position for 5-10 seconds. do 6-10 times, 3-5 sets. lie flat on floor on back. place ball under legs. repeat same motion. also, squeeze ball under legs and lift ball and legs up to chest.
