What is a good ab exercise besides crunches if you have no access to equipment?

Hi 5 Chief Slapaho. The only equipments I have at home is a dumbell and a skipping rope. Besides crunches, do sit-ups, jumping jacks, belly curl and etc. Here I'll give you some websites, hope it is useful.

You don't need equipment to perform crunches. Well other than a floor to lie on I guess.

There are a lot of exercises related to Pilates that are great for the core. One is called Hundreds, laying on your back with your spine in neutral you raise your legs up at a 45 degree angle and then raise your head and shoulders up curling your chin. You then raise and lower your straightened arms from the floor to about three inches above counting to 100.

If you can find a bar to hang from then curling your knees up to your chin from a hanging position is great too.
