Do ab exercises give you the results you want?

Do they really work? How long does it take for the effect of ab exercises to appear? Should I do them at home or should I go to the gym?

if you combine them with moderate cardio in advance and a good calorie shift,why not?

    yes they are good but you will mainly build muscle under a layer of fat unless you burn fat just so you know
    i have a fair bit of fat but since doing ab things i have deffinaly felt an inmprovment-they feel quite hard
    now all i have to do is lose the fat:D
