Should I do ab exercises before or after eating?

What are some ab exercises that have good results and won't make my boobs any smaller than they are now? I am quite fond of them and I don't want to lose them! After I did ab exercises two days ago why do my boobs look farther apart? List some ab exercises that won't decrease my boob size and how to do them please.

Unless you are burning fat, ab exercises cannot decrease your boob size and ab exercises don't burn that much fat really. Your boobs are probably just fine. The fastest way to strengthen and build abs is to do weighted declined situps. Keep the reps low (5-12) and do as much weight as you can. If you have fat covering your stomach then ab exercises won't change what you look like. You would need to burn off the extra tummy fat first with cardio exercise and dieting, however, burning this extra fat may reduce your boob size slightly. im so sorry! :( I'm sure you can still get people to look at them.

You should have some food in your stomach when doing situps but not too much or you might feel kind of sick.

    Always before you're eating! I don't know where I read it, but before you eat is the best. It has something to do with digestion and how it burns less calories if you workout after eating.

    Exercise first, then eat. Your metabolism is in high gear. Burning more fat. Thats when you should eat. If you eat first, then your body will fight you against exercising.

    Your boobs are getting smaller when you do ab workouts? Hmmmm…unless your boobs are displaced a foot lower on your body so they start just above your belly button, doing abs won't do a thing for them - grow them, shrink them, etc. Chest exercises will, but an ab routine won't.

    So for good ab results, without boob concern, try anything on a Swiss ball. You can find plenty of workouts all over the net.
