I really want to lose some of my upper ab fat- I found a bunch of lower ab exercises and they helped a lot but it didn't do anytning for my upper abs.
Know any advice?
a good upper ab work out is to bet on of those work out balls or yoga stretch balls. then get your free weights and do military press and a bench press. also doing sit ups on .the ball will help. the ball causes you to lose some of your balance, that is what will cause you to work your abs upper lower and sides

I find that if you raise your legs and do crunches as the letter V its very effective on your upper abs. Also look into pilates, they have amazing ab workouts…I'd start with a dvd and maybe even take a class at your gym.

Ab exercises will not eliminate any of the fat that you have on your upper abdomen, all they will do is give you rock hard abdominal muscles covered by a layer of fat. You need to do a variety of different types of crunches combined with a cardiovascular activity of your choice to burn body fat.

Use some light weights , Lift arms rotate arms back to front and then front to back. sit ups are good also.
