Do ab belt machines really work?

I have been working out over a year now eating moderate to well and my arms and legs are very tone but my abs and midsection remain pudgy… I can do at most 105 sit ups in two minutes but this fat belt over my tummy won’t go away so I was wondering if I should buy an ab belt but I don’t want to waste my money…does anyone know iff they really work?

nope, just workout and watch what you eat. ab belt machines do nothing to accelerate fat loss or create abdominal definition

Ab belts or any other kind of ab machine wont help you that much because they can target fat in your stomach. You have to lose weight in order to see your abs if you can do that many sit-ups you definitely have them you just have to lose fat. After you work out you should do cardio like running or biking. Do it after working out because working out uses all of your carbs and then your body will start to eat away body fat by the time you get to the cardio.
