good ab machines? help please?

im looking to buy an ab machine for my house, but i want to see improvement and definition. does anybody know of any machines that really makes your abs and see improvement? thanks

Machines? Why do you need a machine my friend! When there is a wonderful array of useful exercises that will get you results - It's all Ive used!

Crunches! In proper form, can execise the upper and lower abs.

Situps - The most mundane of them all. If these are too easy, use a medicine ball or some weight on your torso to make your abs really work.

My personal favourite! - The leg lift. Lay down and slowly raise your legs to vertical, and slowly back down. Phew, feel the burn with this one, I guarantee. This works the lower abs, and works great.

I am no expert at any machine, but I know I got my results off just these exercises. If they are easy, do them faster, and when you just complete, do a very slow rep of each - count to twenty, and it will really strech your muscles.
