What are some good upper body and ab workouts?

i am 15 and play football and i want to build some muscle so i can perform better, so does anyone know any good ab and upper body workouts.
please help

Burpees: from standing go to a squat, then kick both legs out behind you and come to a push up position, do a push-up then pull your legs back in under you and jump up in a ’starburst’. Repeat.

Do sets of as many as you can handle (5, 10, 20), intersperse it with sprints or just good old crunches. For an extra kick do this under a pull up bar and when you jump up, do a pull up.

Dum bells. For your age, probably try 25 pounds, 5 reps 10 sets a day.

Im 16 and workout tons, I have some uper body, but my hormones are not bulkin up, I assume you might be the same, but here is a list of the stuff I do:
    V Ups
    Tuck Ups
    Sit Ups
    Hollow Ups
    Arch Ups
    Side Dips
    Hollow Holds
    Push Ups
    Deep Push Ups
    Cricket Push Ups
    Diamond Push Ups
    Wide Arm Push Ups
    Pull Ups

I learned all this from being on team on a Tumbling Team, if you know a gymnastics coach, a good one, he or she will probably know most or all of these if you don’t.
    Hope you do well
