I had a baby 5 months ago and am looking for some great ab exercises, to help with my tummy.
Abdominal twist emphasis the obliques, or side abs. They are a good start, or loosening up exercise. If you want total ab conditioning, you'll have to add crunches(upper abs) and leg raises(lower abs) to strenghten your entire abdominal region.
