What are a few good, and easy abdominal workouts besides sit-ups?


Im a brown belt in judo and I got one for you that you will never trade for another!
1.lay on your back infront of your tv with a flat pillow under your head.
2. bend your knees and lift your knees towards your chin for the duration of 1 commercial (30 seconds)
3. next commercial, plant your feet on the ground while lying there and thrust your hips in the air tightening your bottom.
4. repeat step 2 and 3 over and over during commercials for as long as you can and within 2 weeks you will see a sexy difference.
This is to slim down your jeans size as it works out the pudge below the belly button. and flattens and lifts the bedunkadunk!

    If it's easy,it isn't working your muscles hard enough. It takes work to get them into shape. Diet makes a difference too, sweets, colas, fatty foods put fat on top of the muscles. Pilates makes your abs strong very fast.

    If they are good then they aren't easy. gotta feel them somewhat to know they're effective, IMHO. laying flat on your back hands at sides lift legs up 30 degrees, spread, back and down is one ab exercise I do from time to time. another, lay on your stomach hands above your head stretched out, lift arms and legs up and pretend your swimming. There are lots of different exercises out there to work the abs. good luck and have fun.
