I am really active, I do a whole lot of sports, but they do not work on my abs. I need some quick exercises to flatten my stomach and increase the look of toned abs. I am not fat i just want to take about an inch and a half of my stomach. Thank you!

I do crunches and have a relatively flat stomach. What are some good exercises to get rid of love handles?
Extreme cardio to lose the fat. Love handles are killers to get rid of, good luck.
