I think the best way to exercise your abs is PILATES. Along with cardio exercise it really tones, from my experience.

My gym doesn't have a place to do tradional ab work but does have numerous ab and back machines. Looking for a 2-3 day a week routine to go along with my Cardio and Weight training.

if you do them right, almost all will help tone, but you will need high intensity cardio to get your % bady fat down in order to really “lose” the pooch …

what about the belt thing, where you wear it, and it's suppose to give you a six pack with no sit ups or work outs.
