I have minor back problems that i received therapy for in the past, can anyone recommend to me any safe workouts for my abs?
I've learned that back problems occur from weak abs and a weak core. start slow with crunchies and add extra reps as the weeks go on.

I know diet is the most important thing with losing fat, but what are some good ab exercises/workouts (other than sit ups) that you can do at home. How many reps and sets should you do?

I don't have a gym membership or exercising equipment. What are some lower ab workouts I can just do at home?

I have heard that ab and lower back excersises can be done everyday, but I recently read that abs should be treated like any other muscle, therefore you should allow a day for them to rebuild in between workouts. Which is correct?
3-4 times a week is more effective.

I use to do crunches, weighted sit-ups, and leg lifts 3 times a day everyday but im spose to let them rebuild right? Take a day off then do ab workouts.

all the crunches that i do work my upper abs. i neeeeed lower ab workouts! i run everyday and i do 50 regular crunches and 50 bycicle crunches, but they all seem to be working something that i am not targeting for. help please. :]
