I dont really know how to explain it but im asking like when you do ab workouts like situps and leg raises are your sides for abs supposed to become lower. Like i have little belly. and I see it regular and i see side abs go down. I cant really explain it good srry.

I do so many ab workouts and yet nothing still, all I can see is a patch of fat hanging there, but I can feel 'em so when should they start being noticeable?
If your doing everything right and that also means eating right than you should see results in no time.

I have a 12lb medicine ball. I was wondering if there is any good ab workouts you can do with it.
