Hanging leg raises work the best, and are the toughest to do but they work wonders, especially lower abs.

lie on your back and put your hands across your chest make sure your legs are straight and together. then lift both legs up and keep them together put them down but dont let them touch the ground. do this about 10 times until you feel pain in your lower abdomen
