Exercise; whats a good exercise for your stomach that shows results resonably quick?

i know it takes time for any difference to be noticed so dont say that but what is a stomach exercise that will show results sooner than other exercises? thanks :)
Depends mostly on what part of your stomach you want to build up.

For the upper abs: Crunches
For the lower abs: Leg raises

Traditional sit ups will work your full range of abs, but may not provide results as quickly.

Also, these exercises are for strengthening your abs, not necessarily making it flat.

The best way to get flat abs is to do cardiovascular exercise (running, swimming, etc) for at least 1/2 hour a few times a week, and watch watch what you eat.
