Stomach exercise to get rid of baby belly?

Currently doing cycle crunches but still have a tiny paunch! I am also doing occassional running, around 2-3 hours of walking a day and soon to be investing in a rowing machine so got cardio sussed.

Thanks!

Got access to a treadmill? If you do put it on incline level 13-15 at a speed of 3.0-3.5 and walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week. That will do it. In order to get rid of belly fat you need to do high intensity cardio at muscle work. Muscle work will rip you but not tone you.

You cant not loose belly fat by doing ab exercises. The only way to get rid of it is to do lots of cardio…PERIOD. And when you do alot of cardio (more than what you are doing, walking does NOTHING) you will loose fat all over you body, not in just one area. If you want to get ris of it, you have to get your heart rate up; try running for 2-3 hours instead of walking… you only burn calories when your heart rate gets in the “fat burning zone”

I hate to tell anyone this but I have the same problem. I went to the dermatologist b/c it more like skin than fat and he said is diet and exercise do not work the only other option would be plastic surgery. If I were you I would continue to do cardio and crunches for a while and see if in a few months it gets better. Hope that helped a little!
