what is the best exercise for flating my stomach?

what is the best exercise for flating my stomach? are crunches the best? does drinking lots of water really help lose weight?

Water doesn't necessarily help you lose weight, But it does help stop hunger pains. If you drink a glass of cold water, It'll trick your body into making you full-but you still must eat!

As for ab excersizes:

Captain's Chair
Exercise Ball Crunch
Vertical Leg Crunch
Torso Track
Long Arm Crunch
Reverse Crunch
Full Vertical Crunch
Ab Rocker
Plank on Elbows and Toes]\

    yes both are great,but you can add jogging or running .yor results sre better.no beans if you want a flat stomach,no junkfood.it would be better if you turn into a vegetarian,just eat chicken ,tukey and fish for meat.jump rope is also great.
    do not drink any water or fluids while eating or you can get a belly,wait 30 minutes before and after.6 small meals a day is great no later than 6:00pm.good luck
