What is the best exercise for toning my stomach and legs?

does reverse sit-ups work for toning the lower part of the stomach? what is tha best exercise for the legs but wont make my leg seem muscular

Legs: Lunges, squats, sitting against the wall, leg press, running, and any of the machines that are for the legs

Abs: all the types of crunches and yoga exercises can help

    You should do lunges and squats for your legs and sit ups and reverse sit ups for your tummy. You should also try body pump for toning : )
