What is the fastest and more results?
I am trying to lose weight especially in my stomach. I can't stand it and it is effecting my health.

I do walk everyday and I also use Leslie Sansone Brisk Walk DVD. The 1 and 2 mile. Bt I am looking more for my stomach.

Since you already use a DVD to help with weight loss, i'd recommend "Crunchless Abs".It has honestly helped me.I have lost 10 inches already.If you stick with it…10 minutes a day…it will work.

I have also implemented Pilates into my exercise routine.Although the machine is somewhat expensive, it has helped tone my belly as well.
