Would hula hooping be a good stomach exercise?

I want to tone it up a little. Will this work? Thanks.

Yes….it gives you a cardio work out which is most important for losing some around the middle. Also gets those hips. It's a change to boring regular exercise.

    Using the hula hoop is okay, but I prefer traditional core and stomach exercises like crunches, leg raises, and bicycle crunches.
