How do i lose my stomach fat (exercises)?

besides doing sit ups. does anyone know of any good websites that have pics of exercises that will lose my stomach fat? or do you know any things besides sit ups that will lose it. Not a dieting website a exercise website with exercises plz.

One cannot lose stomach fat without addressing their diet. Fat cannot be reduced in particular parts of the body simply by exercising that area. So cut out starchy food such as bread, pasta and cakes etc and drink a lot of water as it is also known for helping the body's metabolism.

There are exercises that can maximise the amount of fat your body will burn. Crunches are good for strengthening the abdominal muscles but not really that effective in losing stomach fat but sit ups could lead to back injury.

The following exercises such as the squat, reverse crunch, elevated crunch, push ups, rowing, stair climbing, skipping using a rope, running up a hill at full speed then walking back slowly again and dumbbell lunges all help to burn fat at a high level and strengthen the abdominal muscles.

Using a search engine, look up these exercises and read more about them, the benefits they offer and learn the correct technique on how to apply them
