How is it possible that stomach exercises cause orgasms?

It's happened since I was 6 yrs. old. Although I am grateful, I had to quit gymnastics out of embarrassment.

its rare but my sister had the same issue. Stimutlation to her belly button would give her an orgasm….lucky brat….its just that in a very low percentage of women the nerves to the g spot attach to the abdominal wall. Had my sister told her doctor they would have done her surgery a different way. It is rare enough that doctors don't want to sever the nerve but rare enough that they don't ask patients about it!

I am jealous……enjoy your ab work, just do it in private. Unless you really want to drive guys nuts at the gym! lol.

    When exercising the abs and other similar areas , to some extent this also moves the clitoris, which if stimulated sufficiently, as it obviously was for you,this can cause an orgasm. Enjoy!
