What are the exercises to reduce fat in butt, hips, stomach and tighs?

i want to maintain an ideal shape body. i have fat accumulated over butt, tighs , hips and stomach. i want exercises to get rid of fat over these areas. my lower body is too fat. i badly need to reduce my lower body. so what are the exercises to be done. please help me

Alas, as another says, there aren't any exercises that will burn fat from target areas.

What cardio will do though is burn body fat, so you may lose fat all over, but not enough in the areas you want to.

Try toning up and see how you lower body looks after 3 months. I can thoroughly recommend Pilates because the exercises lengthen, strengthen and tone the body.

Try to find a qualified mat based class in your area.

    there are none!!!
    the only way to spot reduce fat is by going under the knife and doing liposuction.
    if you could burn fat from a certain place by training that place, ever human being who walks for a couple of minutes per day will have no fat on their thighs and butt…
    your body loses fat from where it wants to… it's genetically built in. you can't choose where you want to burn fat.

    the only way to go about this problem is to exercise and diet properly and let your body get rid of all the fat it has. the most place you store fat in is usually the last place you lose it from.

    Crunches, Squats, Situps, and lunges. They do the trick for all those areas.

    Reducing the fat you have to do for
    Butt, Hipps, Tighs - Cycling, Jogging in Trade mile or in park, Aerobics etc
    Stomach - Crunches, Abs etc
    Do 10-20 min. exercise in morning before leaving the bed is better time for controlling and reduceing the weight

    Do a lot of cardio and strength training. Your body will decide where it will lose the fat from first and where last.
