Considering the clients’ weight management concerns and after tabulating the objective and subjective data we ascertained group diagnoses of Imbalanced Nutrition: Less than Body Requirements, Imbalanced Nutrition: More than Body Requirements, Imbalanced Nutrition: Risk for More than Body Requirements, and Readiness for Enhanced Body Nutrition.
Is this sentence okay? Does it need a comma after the word "data"? Is it clear?
Personally, I would do it with the following punctuation, just for clarity.
Considering the clients’ weight management concerns and after tabulating the objective and subjective data, we ascertained group diagnoses of 1) Imbalanced Nutrition: Less than Body Requirements; 2) Imbalanced Nutrition: More than Body Requirements; 3) Imbalanced Nutrition: Risk for More than Body Requirements; and, 4) Readiness for Enhanced Body Nutrition.

I have hit a mental block while doing my thesis on cancer and nutrition:
My headings are as follows: Nutrition and Cancer Prevention (what foods will help prevent cancers and how?) Nutrition during treatment (what foods can help the treatment work effectivly or ease the discomfor of the treatment) and Nutrition and Recovery (what foods aid the recovery process)
Can anyone give me any websites that will help me?

How do I recruit someone like that?
The investment is only once a month for a couple hours.
Weight Watchers International may be able to help. They have been around for a long time and use a method that is endorsed by the medical profession. You could probably make contact with them either online or in the telephone directory of the nearest major city. I used to be a member and found them to have a lot of pre-prepared handouts, charts, helpful advice, and even sometimes seminars that they would get leaders of groups to go to. It's a very big organization, too, so you'd have a good chance of somebody being nearby. A doctor's office might have a nurse who'd be knowledgeable and willing to help out, but not necessarily. A major hospital would certainly have someone working there who is a nutrition expert, but whether this person would have the time or inclination to assist, I don't know. It might depend on whether your group was willing to pay and, if so, how much. Some convalescent hospitals (old folks' homes) also have dieticians and one of these might be more interested, as a change of pace. I would advise staying away from places like "Jenny Craig" weightloss centers. I don't think they give or get much real training.

People normally look at nutrition facts on food. if they find that the nutrition facts are reasonable, they eat it. but what happens if the food has high sucrose corn syrup.
does it matter what ingridients a food has or nutrition facts. because most people don’t bother about ingredients unless they have an allergy.
i read both always!!!!!

Few days ago, nutrition researchers advised that adults should have at least five (servings) a day of vegetables but it was not clear in the reports what is meant by a serving for these different vegetables. Any specific data?, thanks.
A serving size is:
One medium-size fruit
1/2 cup raw, cooked, frozen or canned fruits (in 100% juice) or vegetables
3/4 cup (6 oz.) 100% fruit or vegetable juice
1/2 cup cooked, canned or frozen legumes (beans and peas)
1 cup raw, leafy vegetables
1/4 cup dried fruit

total minerals contained in my daily nutrition. I want from this program to calculate for e.g. 100 g Banana, 150 g Apple, 100 g Cheese and give all nutrient value in these foods, all proteins, all carbs, all fats ( sat. and unsat. polyunsat. monounsat.), all vitamins, all minerals…..etc
I dont know about the poly fat and monoun fat count. But this site www.sparkpeople.com gives a total of calories, carbs, fat &protein. They have members board and ask the experts, they probably will know where exactly you can find a software so detailed.
It's a pretty neat site…and best of all, it is free!!
Have fun!
God Bless!
