total minerals contained in my daily nutrition. I want from this program to calculate for e.g. 100 g Banana, 150 g Apple, 100 g Cheese and give all nutrient value in these foods, all proteins, all carbs, all fats ( sat. and unsat. polyunsat. monounsat.), all vitamins, all minerals…..etc
I dont know about the poly fat and monoun fat count. But this site www.sparkpeople.com gives a total of calories, carbs, fat &protein. They have members board and ask the experts, they probably will know where exactly you can find a software so detailed.
It's a pretty neat site…and best of all, it is free!!
Have fun!
God Bless!

I generally eat below 2000 calories a day, I know the nutrition numbers for everything I eat and constantly calculate it to try and stay within the 100% range for things like sodium, fats, sat fats, and carbs and sugars.
However I drink some things like vitamin water and snapple greentea (mango/asian pear) which have a lot of vitamin C. I probably get around 200% of daily value of vitamin C per day. Is this dangerous, will I get kidney stones or something?
Also I am a busy person and some days I just have to rely on fast unhealthy food, so some days I may for example get 130% of daily sodium limit, how bad is this for me? I try to make up for it by only eating 70% of the limit the next day, but I don't know if that really makes up for it.
And for some misc. facts, I am a 18 year old male, exactly 6 feet tall, weight is around 170 pounds. I run 1 hour a day 4 days a week. I know I am young so I can handle bad nutrition for now, but I want to have a good body when I am old too.
Wow, well done on being so clued up on nutrition.
You must remember that these are only guideline amounts and you may need less (or more) than this amount.
In fact, as you do so much running you probably do need more.
If your weight is staying the same, you must be eating the calories your body requires.
Excess vitamin C from food is excreted in your urine so you don't need to worry about overdosing. Kidney stones have been linked to excess intakes (but these are higher than you eat and tend to be in people already predisposed to developing kidney stones).
In terms of the sodium intake, the recommended intake of 6g (of salt) per day is a maximum. You are right to cut back if you have more one day, but try to eat less of this generally. You know that fast and processed foods tend to contain more salt, so try to avoid these. I would suggest investing in a simple cook book providing healthy quick meals (you'd be surprised how quickly you can whip up a stir fry or an omelette!).
Also as you are exercising lots, make sure you drink plenty of water.
Above all, try not to get too hung up on these figures and enjoy your food.
I hope this is helpful.

My friend gave me Sally Hensen Nail nutrition daily growth treatment to help my nails grow longer and stronger naturally. It’s the Brand in the little green nail polish bottle. I’m not aware how to use it since when I put it on, I noticed it wasn’t like nail polish, more like an oil.
what do I do?
Apply onto and under natural nails daily. Massage in to help increase circulation to help stimulate nail growth

How does that affect your children.
ex: lack of veg or fruits, too much fast foods, soda, drinking a lot of sugary drink..
thank you so much
I don’t let my kids drink soda. At our house we do lots of Crystal light and water. I know they drink it away from home, and I am not obsessive, but they can’t have it here, and I explain it’s terrible for them as well as their teeth. As far as nutrition..we don’t eat out much. I cook at home always and my kids don’t hate too many veggies. I just make sure that if I make hubby and I a veggy the kids don’t like, I make what they like for them. We have really good eating habits so I guess our kids do to. Just push what you know they like. Make smoothies with frozen fruit and OJ or yogurt in winter. I also sneak veggies into things. The kids don’t like zucchini..so when I make meatloaf or spaghetti sauce, even chili, I shred it in there. After cooking for a while, it becomes so small, they have no idea its in there.

I can't afford a nutritionist but was wondering if there is a site that gives examples of specific nutritional plans/menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a healthy adult.
Here is a healthy foods list and a sample meal plan:

I want to make sure I give my kids the proper diet and daily regiment to help them achieve their full growth potential. Am currenlty giving them lots of fruits, veggies, vitamins, 9 hours sleep, and exercise. What specific foods, vitamins, health tips can help me in targeting maximum growth.
Wow, it sounds like you are doing a terrific job trying to keep your boys healthy! Just make sure that you continue to offer them a good variety of foods, low cholesterol protein, plenty of fruits and veggies, dairy, etc. and continue to emphasize the need for plenty of sleep and exercise and they should be just fine.
Keep up the good work, your boys will be sooo thankful to you later on in their lives.
