Can i found a software program to calculate what i eat daily and give me the total calories, total vitamins,?

total minerals contained in my daily nutrition. I want from this program to calculate for e.g. 100 g Banana, 150 g Apple, 100 g Cheese and give all nutrient value in these foods, all proteins, all carbs, all fats ( sat. and unsat. polyunsat. monounsat.), all vitamins, all minerals…..etc

I dont know about the poly fat and monoun fat count. But this site www.sparkpeople.com gives a total of calories, carbs, fat &protein. They have members board and ask the experts, they probably will know where exactly you can find a software so detailed.
It's a pretty neat site…and best of all, it is free!!

Have fun!

God Bless!

FitDay.com. They also have a version you can purchase and download to run on your PC without connecting to the Internet.

There's a website that the government set up in accordance with the FDA. The web address is http://www.mypyramid.gov
Follow the links to get food pyramid information and other dietary information. There is a link for "my pyramid tracker". Set up a FREE profile, and then start logging in what you have eaten and how many servings. The website keeps a daily track and then calibrates what you have eaten to give you nutritional information. It even tells you if you have met your suggested nutritional values for each day. The site is user friendly, and very convenient. Registered Dieticians that I have studied under constantly refer people to this website. Good luck!
