How do I use Sally Hensen Nail Nutrition?

My friend gave me Sally Hensen Nail nutrition daily growth treatment to help my nails grow longer and stronger naturally. It’s the Brand in the little green nail polish bottle. I’m not aware how to use it since when I put it on, I noticed it wasn’t like nail polish, more like an oil.
what do I do?

Apply onto and under natural nails daily. Massage in to help increase circulation to help stimulate nail growth

    massage it …and if possible apply clear polish afterwards….
