I cup of sweet yellow corn (154 g) contains about 132 calories, with 16 calories from fat. When counting calories, it is important to keep in mind that they actually arent bad– all calories are is energy, and they only turn to fat if you aren't using them and exercising. With 1.8g total fat, that should be 3% of your daily value (based on a 2000 calorie diet). It has no cholesterol, 23 mg of sodium, 29.3g of carbohydrates with 5g sugars. There's 5g protein with a little vitamin A and C. I wouldn't really recommend 400g of corn EVERY day, being that one serving of 154g is about 10% of what your daily intake of carbs should be (corn is largely carbs). While caarbohydrates aren't bad for you, it is just sugar turned to fat if you don't use all of it.
You can't overdose on corn or anything, but I wouldn't recommend overdoing it!

I would probably eat less per day and make it up by eating other veggies as well. Some peoples digestive system respond the same to corn as to beans, so you need to careful not to eat too much. Remember 400Grams is the same as a pound and thats 3 &1/2 cups of corn kernals. I would have a cup a day at the most.
