what on the nutrition facts on food packages or etc. should i look at and eat less?
should i eat less calories?
less carbs?
what does it mean by cholesteral 5%
If I were you look out for the bad kind of each group
for sugar check for high fructose corn syrup which is very bad
for fat look for saturated fat and trans fat these are bad
cholesterol gets a bbad rep and is actually healthy if not taken in to much
Make sure the serving sizes are not tiny and tricking you
Overall try to reduce calories to 1900 to 2100 calories a day

the item most people don't want to read is serving size…..
the number represents total daily dietary contribution
less calories and fat is always a good place to start and exercise….

Avoid corn syrup of any kind. You don't have to totally eliminate it, but try to avoid it, especially if it is in the first five ingredients on the packaging. And try to eliminate all trans fats.
