Why do dates from the USA and the Middle East have different nutritional value?

I have been comparing nutritional data of dates from nutrition.gov and the nutrition data on packaging of dates (especially those from outside USA) to have different nutritional value. For example, the carbohydrate level varies from 55 gram to 72 gram, fat from 1+ g to 13 g. The calories for 100 grms varies from 260 to 390 calories.
