Can you help me find a nutrition article to do a report on for school?

Ok so for Foods class, we have to find a article relating to nutrition and write a paragraph summary on the article. I cannot find a good, relatively easy article to do. Will you please help me find one? By the way its for eighth grade. Thanks!

    go to google and type in nutrition articles.. You will get 500 million to choose from..
