eggplant nutrition value?

i am a huge fan of eggplant but recently i have been told that they have no nutritional value. is this true?

    Although it's not high in any vitamin or mineral, it does supply you with 2.5 g of fiber per cup serving, and it's low in calories. So you get full without getting fat! Why give that up? I combine eggplant with onions and peppers in a stirfry and then top it on rice or a gluten-free pasta. And there's nothing like grilled eggplant drizzed with olive oil and garlic…. mmmm…. :)

    i heard they r rich in iron .it is a low calorie veg. with lot of fibre which is very good . don't stop. u can add pulses or other vegetables along with that & prepare tasty dishes.
