What is a better exercise that will make me lose weight more quickly…
either running 2 miles everyday (since 2 is the most i can do right now)
OR
doing DDR for 30 minutes on Standard x2 everyday.

I've used every weight loss program under the sun, and after watching "The Biggest Loser" on TV, I found the website that the main trainer on that show (Jillian Michaels) has. It's at: http://www.TrimYourFat.com - and is utterly amazing. You can actually get the program for free if you go to the website and show interest. Ok, Ok…. the question I have (sorry, I get excited!) - is that I am curious if there is a cardio program I can use to increase my HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Anyone know?

Never drink another soda again - even diet soda. Stop eating processed foods. Eat only vegetables, chicken (some lean beef), and very little carbohydrates. Drink water all the time. Never set foot in any fast food craphole again.
Forget about spitting and wearing extra clothes. Those are ignorant remarks and dangerous. If water is available, spend as much time as you can swimming until you are exhausted without actually drowning. Swimming is the best form of exercise because it works the whole body while keeping you cool and not stressing your joints. That fatigue you feel after a long day of goofing around in water is proof that you are burning calories, and you probably did not even notice. If you cannot swim, it is especially important to practice, because you will be swimming at MCRD in uniform, boots, and helmet while carrying a rifle.
If you don’t have access to water, start running. Start with a single mile and try to run it in 12 minutes or less. Stay hydrated throughout the day so that your cells are fully engorged with water. Run and walk if needed in intervals until you can get your mile down to 10 minutes. Then start running longer distances. You should be able to run longer distances of 5 to 8 miles averaging 10 minutes per mile by the time you go to boot. That’s a good place to be at, and eventually you will be running 6 minute miles as you train with your platoon.
Incidently, get a decent pair of shoes to run in and bring them with you so you aren’t stuck with the crap ones that get issued. A decent pair costs about $80.00 and you should be fitted for them at a store that specializes in running shoes for serious runners. They can make sure any pronation problem you may have is taken care of. Bring in a pair of shoes you have worn for a while so they can examine the soles for wear pattern.
Finally, watch Full Metal Jacket for inspiration. Those were the good old days!

BEST THING TO DO IS EXERCISE, A LOT OF CARDIO AND A LOW FAT DIET!! THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL, YOU NEED TO JUST WORK ON IT AND BE CONSISTENT. GOOD LUCK!!

Well I need to lose like as much weight as possible by February 8 of this year. I dont care if its a healthy way or not. I mean I dont want to go all anorexic but I can stick to one little cereal bar a day if I need to. Also about how much could I lose by then??
all you have to do is cut back on what your eating now eat smaller servings and excersice for at least 30 mins to 1 hour a day .. you should be able to loose about 1lb or so a day

Cut down down how many calories you ingest in one day. I find that usually helps.

if I run 7 miles in a hour with a incline of 1% is it as effective for weight loss as running outside?
Sure. I assume you mean is running 7 MPh for 60 minute @ a % incline the same as running 7 miles in 60 minutes outdoors. If so, the answer is yes. Running on a treadmill uses less energy because the treadmill moves the Ground for you and because you don't have any wind resistance, but adding the 1% incline compensates for this and makes it basically equal.

I have been taking the pill for about 10 years now. More recently my periods have stoppe due to rapid weight loss and overtraining.
I have managed to get my weight back up to a sensible amount but i am still yet to see a period. My partner and i want to start trying for children but i dont know how long it might take if i come off the pill.
I know everyone is different but on average how long do you think it might take?
If you are not having periods you probably are not ovulating. No ovulation, no egg to fertilize. You should see a gynecologist for a thorough check up before trying to conceive. Some women will get pregnant after the first ovulation when going off the pill, others, even with regular periods, may take many months to a year or longer. You don't mention your age but an older woman often takes longer to concieve. 1 in every 5 couples has an infertility problem. Another issue is your partner's sperm count. Sperm can be reduced it is too warm. Wearing boxer shorts helps keep it at a more desireable level. If you are both healthy and you are ovulating it shouldn't take too long. Good luck.
