A diet plan is a change in eating habits and if that change can be viewed as temporary it lessens the blow. We essentially set ourselves up to fail. Until we understand that to loose weight and keep it off we need a complete lifestyle change we will continue the pattern. It is necessary to view food as nutrition and not comfort.

The population as a whole needs to be more active, get some daily exercise. Moderate workouts are effective and can be as simple as walking or dancing. A small change in lifestyle will help to make great strides in achieving you goals. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, have enough sleep and exercise. This will give you a higher chance of losing weight and improving your health, which would result to a new, healthier you, just ask Oprah and Kirstie Alley.
