I am 35 years old, looking to lose 20-30 pounds of weight ,what are the easy ways to lose weight?

Since i am a businessman,i need to travel from one city to another on regular basis.Due to this i am not able to work out my diet.Can someone tell me the best and easiest way to lose unwanted fats from body

One easy way for busy people like you is to consume less sugar. Avoid sweets and tea with sugar completely. Also spend a little 5 mins everyday doing ‘Kapalbhati Pranayam’ (heard about Ramdevji Maharaj?)
