I want to lose weight, what are the best ways to lose weight quickly?

I am 16, 185 pounds, and 5'9, i just want to lose belly fat, and around the "love handles" any suggestions for targeting those areas?

If you have already been exercising, try to increase the time you exercise, using both cardio and weights or some type of resistance exercise.
