    Cut your carb intake it worked for me. Eat veggies even though they have carbs they are the only thing I did not cut out. It really does work and there is a website for great recipes on carb free food. I was 220 after my last pregnacy and I always weighed around 130 my whole life even with first child. I did carb diet and it brought me down to 130 and I continue to follow it. My weight has stayed at 130ish for 5 years now.
