I am 10-15 punds overweight and i really need help to lose weight….any tips?
First of all ,you need to watch the amount of food u take in .Then secondly,exercise everyday.If you are a busy person like most of us ,instead of sitting on couch and watching tv,stand up and do exercises while watching your favorite tv show.I have lost weight by doing this and also do not eat anything after 7 p.m. and if u drink something drink water after 7p.m.also leave off the sodas.i lost 8 pds in 1 week by not drinking sodas.

what is the best way to lose weight besides becoming belimic or anorexic? because i think that those options are stupid and I am not going to do either…any suggestions?
Cut all your foods in half and exercise. Instead of eating 2 burgers eat only one. Limit soft drinks and don't snack at night after your evening meal. .

Chest: I do not know. But to build abs, you do situps/crunches.
Legs: SWIMMING!
Facial: Laugh a lot. I heard that helps. Just watch comedy central for a day or two…lol

I thought about coming up with an exercise log or ways to exercise during the day. I just want to lose weight in general. Not picky.
The best way I thought about that I'm more willing to stick to is to go to the exercise room to the apartment complex and go for walks and walk everywhere. What do you guys think? How can I stick to this exercise plan? And.. will it help me lose weight?

I am 6feet tall, and currently weigh 15stone which is not a healthy BMI.
In the past 6 weeks I have lost a stone by eating more healthilly, and cutting out all sugary snacks.
Now I can't seem to lose anymore weight!
I need to know the minimum calories I need a day as I think I may not be eating enough. Also whats the best way to exercise, how long for and should I leave days out in between exercise.
The beauty of cardio is that you dont really need any days off.I used to do five days then a day or too off.It worked for me.

I weigh 210 lbs, I have tried a few products and ways to lose weight, but they don't seem to work. I want to lose 90 lbs before June. What would be the quickest and simplest way to lose weight, and do is safely. Thank you for your time.
ok what u should do is
go to the gym everyday for 40 minutes! you need to find 40 minutes in the day for exerercing
then
in the breakfast eat:
semi.skilled milk with high bran cereals as it helps you digest and it is really important for you to eat that
lunch:
have a salad and fruits (in the past many people had salad and fruit that doesnt mean starving yourself it is just way healthier then eating chocolate and getting fat on tv)
dinner:
have vegies the green one have less calories and they r nice too!!! and sometimes have a bit of pasta as you do indeed need some fat on ur diet but not too much because you already have some in your body that need to be lost

Cut out sweets(meaning desert and candy) and cut out soft drinks.

Hi I am 14 too Um… you can lose weight by maybe starting to put less food on your plate and you could do probaly 1-3 push ups a day I have linked a website that will show you how to do easy exercise inside the house.
Also at school Instead of sitting down you could stand up or walk around the school By standing up u can lose 126 calories by standing up for one hour and also don't watch alot of T.V researches have said that you can gain alot of weight by watching T.V. The best Butt exercises is SQUATS
Anyways There are lots of things to do that are easy to lose weight at school, try your hardest when in Physical Education and try getting yourself involved in a sport Like I play Soccer and everyone is saying to me you have lost so much weight so I guess that works and U don't have to be good at a sport to get into it .
If u really want to lose wait then u will have to sacrifice some stuff like JUNK FOOD which i know is hard.
I think u can lose 10 kilos in 3 months Just go for it
