Ive been to every website but me and my 11 year old niece cant seem to find a FREE weight loss plan we can follow i saw a lose 18 lbs. in 4 days plan but we had to pay 27 dollars so if you know any free weight loss programs please awnser this.(and please give me plans that actctually work) thanks.

well im 15 and i lost 16lbs in 16 days im NOT joking either. i played dance dance revolution 30 min each day and ate healthier than i usually would like instead of lays salted potato chips i had pretzels and had smaller portions of all my food, i ate out of a bowl instead of a bag of chips. this really did work for me!

I have a 5'2 frame, I'm slightly overweight, and I'd like to lose around 30 pounds (slowly but preferably over a period of time) before the beginning of september.

I am very interested with the online weight loss programs, but with everyone I've tried signing up for has turned out to be pay this cost per week/month.

It is a great site for weight loss. It helps you build a plan, you meet a lot of people in the forums and on the boards. You will find great support. There are also hundreds of health articles, it shows you exercises and will build a workout plan for you. and it's absolutely free without limits. (they don't even have accounts where you pay more or anything like that)

i need some advice im wanting to lose 60 pounds (im not looking for a quick fix) i have never really had to watch what i ate or exercised cause i was always skinny…but then i got pregnant and had a baby and gained alot of extra weight with it. im a single mom who has very little money to spend on expensive weight loss programs or gym memberships…so what im wanting to know is what are some cheap easy low calorie meal ideas for breakfast lunch and dinner and some good exercises to do…i don’t have alot of free time cause like i said im a single mom so when im not working im tending to her all of the time.

get some friends together and go walking every day just for 30-60 mins, take baby along in a stroller too also you could buy some aerobic videos for home or just stick with lunges, squats, etc and running around after your baby will also help w/ it

you need to worry more about how much sodium and fat along with carbs is in it…. its ok as long as u don't cover it with salt. you need to drink water and eat about 4-6 times a day and make sure that eat meals has at leats 20-30 grams of protein

sparkteens.com. is is free, but they really don't put you on a exact plan. They keep track of your workouts and stuff. They do give you good workouts (that are really short, like 10-15 mins) and don't require a lot of equiptment) and articles you can read about how to eat healthy and more.

Wieght Watchers online unfortunately is not free…try www.thedailyplate.com. Its great, tells you how many calories you should eat to lose weight, and you can track your food on there too. I use it in conjunction with weight watchers.

Since college I've packed on some major weight and have went from a size 12 to a size 20. I'm only 26 and enough is enough! I know that diet and excercise are the answer but I just don't have the discipline to stick with a healthy diet especially with my work and social life. I've signed up for a free consultation with a Pure Weight Loss center but I'm afraid I may just spend more money and not get real results. I've tried the South Beach Diet, Atkins, cutting various other things from my diet and excercising but have only seem moderate results. Has anyone tried the program? Does it work? Is it worth the money? Please give me some advice before I spend more money and time just to be disappointed again!!! Thanks!

I have been wondering about that program myself. It doesnt seem like these answers give any information about the program. Please update me when you do go to the consultation. Also…they will try to get you to buy right then…leave your purse in the car. That way you will have to think about it before you buy. Dont be swayed if you dont feel comfortable.
