you can surely lose weight in 2 weeks but it may harm your body.you can drink lots of water before a meal to reduce appetite,and avoid heavy or junk food.go on fresh veggies and fruits but do stick to i roti per meal else u will have weakness and fatigue. do yoga for these days and bring bliss to your life.do no eat high calories food like samosa,parantha,biryani.matthi etc and gorge on spruted chana,spruted dals,brown wholewheat bread .do some small and good exercises to lose weight…u can try cycling or circuit training which can be achieved by jumping,running and skipping .AND YES BE HAPPY AND HOPE FOR GOOD!

I want to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks ? Can you PLEASE tell me how long i should run for, or exercise in order to reach my goal ?? I am starting today, so please give me a time i should run tonight, tomorrow, and so on until the day, Augest 2nd ? I am a cheerleader so I won't gain the weight I lost .
I am 13, and .. 135 pounds sadly .. and 5'4 going on 5'5 . I look much older and have a different body than most girls my age who don't have curves yet .
Regardless if you are a cheerleader or not……if you lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks, you will gain it back and usually more. Not to mention how unsafe and unhealthy it is to lose that much, that fast. There are too many more factors to take into consideration before I can tell you how long to run for or how much exercise you should do. Can you give more information…such as how much you weigh now, how much (and what) you are consuming (and how often), your height, your age, etc.

How much do u want to lose? The ways to accomplish that in the least amount of time are not safe for your body. Liquid diets, fasting, non-FDA approved weight-loss pills etc…… I suggest you figure out an exercise program that you can physically do for at least an hour (30 minutes minimum). As far as losing weight in two weeks-10lbs sounds the safest.

You'd probably pass out first. You'll kill your metabolism if you don't eat- you keep it going by eating small meals throughout the day. Plus, juice has so much sugar, the calories will add up fast. Try eating meals of salads with light dressing and veggies. Occasionally add some baked chicken breast on top to get some protein. You'll feel full, take in few calories, and get the vitamins your body needs.

im 170 and im only 14..alll i eat is junk food and fried chicken lolz….im addicted 2 junk food how can i lose weight i was thinking that i wont eat and ecercise 30 mins a day will that work?? idk please help
OMG please don't just NOT eat! this will most likely backfire, causing you to gain weight…since youre used to eating junk foods. its hard to change your eating habits drastically, believe me, i know. just drop the junk, eat fruits and vegetables, and run…maybe join a soccer team or basketball team… i mean i started left middle school a couple years ago. i wasnt at a weight that i wanted to be at, so i joined the soccer team… i dropped from a size 8 to a size 2! just frequent practices in a sport that i loved made me lose weight without even noticing that i was losing it! i didnt even really change my eating habits, but i always ate home-cooked meals.
the most desperate weight losers sucumb to anorexia. dont do it. i actually thought about it until i thought it through, googled some anorexic women's pictures and it definitely made me change my mind.
It will take some time, not 2 weeks…but i guarantee you nicole… joining or just practicing with sports team, eating healthier, and keep the mindset that you arent trying to lose weight, but youre just having fun living, will help you shed those pounds.

p.s. after i lost my weight in a month from soccer, i got my first boyfriend who was a right wing varsity football player, and i started hanging out with the "popular kids"… now im a senior in high school… but losing a large amount of weight in a small amount of time from anorexia will not only hurt your body, people will wonder and probably spread rumors about your sudden body change, its not a great idea. positive reinforcement from your friends and family thats all you need.

Try jogging and playing sports with your daughter. Don't do it too much though, because too much excersise isn't good. Eat a lot of vegetables and stop eating cookies or cake. Don't eat too much, but try eating a little and little by day, sudden diet might make you gain some more weight.
