The key is diet diet and exercise.
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.
Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.
So Example :
Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

I mean, how much do you really use your pinky's? (hands and feet)… You don't really NEED your hair (that should drop at least 2 pounds… more or less depending on how much you have). If absolutely neccesary, you can chop off the fat yourself too… Just use a hacksaw and a bottle of tequilla to dull the pain.

Weight training alternating with cardio, at least 30 minutes 3-4 times a week at your elevated heart rate will be the most effective along with a low fat/carb diet.

Well keep on doing what you are doing because you are at your ideal weight, whether you are very weak and have lots of fat, or are muscular with no fat (for your height) I don't know. Either way, you are at your ideal weight and should weigh no less.

im going on a trip the day after christmas and, if i want to look decent in a bikini, need to get red of the cookie- belly i've grown over the holidays. i tried to purge but couldn't bring myself to actually do it. i tried to fast today but cheated and ate a lot of cake a few moments ago. is there any way to lose six or so pounds off your stomach in little over a day that works for you? thanks!

WEIGHT BATTLES ARE WON AND LOST IN THE GROCERY STORE:
If you do not buy the fatty foods, you can not consume them, when you go to the store, buy fruit, veggies, SOME carbs and cheese. Thats what I do, EAT JUST ONE COOKIE and you will never stop eating cookies and other fatty foods and therefore gain weight. When you eat fatty foods you crave fatty foods, if you want to get thin, you can never start eating the fatty foods. Also, drinking makes you put on weight way too fast. If you want to drink, I suggest not eating dinner that night (so you get drunk faster, and you aren’t dealing with the calories from dinner, AND all the alcohol calories) although you might have more of a hangover in the morning, just make sure you drink lots of water before bed. OH ALSO! only drink water and coffee. If you drink lots of coffee and smoke lots of cigarettes I can guarantee that will kill your appetite. And with meal and for snacks only drink water, juice and soda are full of fat.

I want to lose 10 to 15 lbs. as quick as possible. I really don't care about gaining it back as long as I lose it in time.
Eat less fat and sugary foods and walk/RUN!! Running is the best way to lose weight rapidly, and you will be healthier too. Not only will you look better, but your lungs and heart will be stronger too.
I'm assuming this is for a special occasion, but don't just stop eating, because not only will you not necessarily lose weight, you'll look gaunt and sick. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and do lots of aerobic exercise!
edit: there's an answer below me that claims that doing stomach exercises can remove the stomach fat. That's wrong, you can only lose fat from your entire body; there's no such thing as "spot reduction".

I want to lose 5-10 lbs in 10 days before school starts..so what is the most easiest, quickest and healthy wat to lose weight???
5 pounds is probably more realistic. Exercizing (ie. walking at moderate pace), lots of calesthetenics (sit ups, etc), reduce salt intake and reduce grain intake (ie. corn, wheat), drink lots of water. Eliminate sugar! Eat lots of veggies/fruits and lean protein. Seeds and nuts are also a good thing to have as a fat. Avocado is also good to keep your blood sugar from going down (and will keep you from getting ravenous). Maybe if you go to Oprah.com she will have good tips on losing weight too - she has some sort of weight loss guru that she had on the show recently.
Good luck to you - don't do this to look good for your friends though, do it for yourself.
