Since i was a kid, I've had problems with slow metabolism and my body fat percentage, never overweight but never exactly skinny. Recently however, after taking the better part of a year off from fighting to recovery from injuries, I discovered that my weight (which i rarely check when i'm not registered for a fight) has gone from my average 180 all the way to a top of 206! At the moment I've managed to get back down to 200, but by my plan, I need to lose ten pounds a month to make weight for a fight in august. I swim 3 days a week, run the 4 off days, hit a punching bag 7 days a week and do 2 hours of grappling training every saturday, in addition to watching my diet.
I'm finally giving in and opening myself to the idea of using a weight loss supplement. Can anyone recommend any good ones for me from the info I've given?
I'm 6' even and my normal walking around weight in the past has ranged from 176-182 but never gone above 185, and I've competed in MMA bouts at 185, 170 and 155. my next bout is in august at 155, thus my dilemma.

i take a combo of hoodia/green tea and alli (purchased separately) but you can't eat any fat or your stool will be uncontrollable and you'll have messy gas. but if you eat healthy and exercise it should work.

Last year I was able to drop 16 pounds. In addition to jogging I joined a weight loss center in Ohio. Maybe you should try becoming a member of a weight loss clinic in Georgia.

It would have been impossible to loose the weight without some help and encouragement. I now feel great and glad that I did not put it off.

How can I lose alot of weight before my birthday? (Crash diets are mostly welcomed)?

Please I already know about healthy eatting and all that boring mess I have been doing that but the con is very slow weight loss I mean exeremly slow losing two pounds in two weeks is very sorry. Anyway my birthday is August 11 and I want to be slim and I already heard of you can gain it back fast ect. so I know all about it my mom is a nurse also I really don't want to hear anymore healthful ways by the time am 40 years old I should be at my goal weight the way things are going am 19 now.

So please give me a crash diet and many ideas are welcomed and I don't want to hear about cutting off any part of my body I heard that one too.

Or even diets your friends tried and worked is welcomed but had fast results.

I weigh 260 pounds and my height is 5'10 so I know I would look good at 200 because of my height but I want rapid,extreme weight loss ideas and fast!

My b-day is August 10th!When I started I noticed a change in the first 3days I fitted back in some pants that use to make my meat on the side hang out. The only thing I was doing was sit-ups and When I wake up in the morning I eat like 5 large scoops of plain yogurt. I would be lying if I said plain yogurt wasn’t nasty. Lol. To me it kinda taste like pasty glue or something. Anyway its April 18 and my belly fat on the side is like almost gone and my STOMACH!!!<<<has like abs lines — like abs or forming. I look great. I’m young, 14 and so ready for bikini season! Good Luck with yours though!

30 day rapid weight loss?

Okay i know this IS NOT healthy, and yes after 30 days i will go on a helathy diet. Please help. I have to go to darien Lake on may 30th, It is April 28th right now, i am 5 foot 6 inches and i weigh 174 pounds. I want to go down to AT LEAST 150 pounds. I want a flat stomach, we are going on water rides and i wanna look good (i dont really look "fat" but i dont have a "hot" body) So i know this is not healthy, but what would i need to do/eat to lose 25-30 pounds in, 30 days? As of right now i am eating 120 cal. a day and walking a mile, is this going to work? If not what do i do to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Please help i wanna look good and again dont tell me its not healthy cause i know its not. Best answer will be chosen, thanks

to loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep

the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

Rapid weight loss but no visual indications?

Basically I usually weigh myself every two weeks at the gym, maybe three weeks.

I've been working out steady now since christmas, losing fat and building muscle. Keeping at 96kg solid without fluctuation…..

Well i go and weigh myself yesterday and the scale says i've gone down to 93kg!

Can this be right? It can be nomore than 3 weeks since i last checked…….

I tested it on another weighing scale too, and it seems that is showing just over 90kg too.(its less accurate)

Its very strange as I haven't done anything crazy…..maybe my diet has improved a bit, but it was good to start with!

Can this be healthy/normal? As I dont notice any physical difference! I hope its not muscle I've lost!

you diet is improving so is your muscle mass. Muscle will burn calories all day. youmight have found what works for your body as everybodys body is differtent.Congratulations.
It also may have something to do with your water in take, if you take in the correct amount for you this will cause your body to pass out any retained water causing a good weight drop. Don't question it be proud and enjoy it. It want be muscle,you just cannot drop that much unless your protein intake is inadequate. you should be on about 180grams of protein thats30grams over 6 meals per day

My younger brother is 16 and he's lost nearly 40 pounds w/in the last 4-6 mos or so, no real changes in lifestyle or diet. His father had cerebal palsy as a child…I'm very concerned for him. Thanks again!

Pheochromocytoma is a possibility, as well as other neoplasias. You need to see a doctor ASAP. 40 pounds of weight loss in a 16 year old is very, very abnormal. Best wishes and good luck.

Weight Loss for my job?

I need to loose a significant amount of weight for my new job. Around 40 pounds would be nice if not more. I've been dieting and jogging for a month now and lost 4 pounds. Any suggestions on better dieting and better exercise? Rapid weight loss is my goal. hey blue… thats not what I meant. I was asking for other answers than "OMG! you cant lose that much weight! thats unhealthy! holy sh!t!" I was asking for tips on dieting, or a more proactive exercise regimen.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. Since Christmas I have gained over 2 stone, have had hair loss at the temples, been extremely tired, could sleep all day and night. My skin is dry on my face and hands no matter how much I moisturise them. My Doc took blood which came back clear. I am 47 female and have been on HRT for 14 yrs. I eat organic healthy food, excerise daily walking over 10,000 steps (using a pedometer to moniter my calorie burn ) and yet have gained weight.. what can be wrong..
I feel awful, fuzzy headed, grumpy, and depressed.

Based on the symptoms you are listing here, it surely sounds as if you have the beginnings of hypothyroidism. Have you been checked for this at all within the last six months?
