What a fast way to lose weight, when there isn't alot of time for excercise?

I've always been heavy and I need some motivation to lose weight. I need to know what motivates others. I also am wondering if anyone wants someone to either, compete with or for motivational purposes. I would love that. Whats an effective and fast way to lose weight. So, I feel better about myself.
actually…the only way to lose weight and keep it off is by exercising…running is one of the best ways…and i'm talking long distance running….kind of like cross country…trust me…i know…i got hurt during track season (which was about the middle of april) and had to quit running and i havent been able to run since…and since i have quit exercising…i've gained 18 pounds already…i know it doesnt sound like a lot but it actually is for it only being a couple of months….and when i got hurt….it was like my team abandoned me saying…we dont need you anymore…i felt totally used….like i thought all the people on my team were my true friends….we hung out a lot and did a lot of stuff together…but i guess they werent…i'm ready to be released so that i can show them just how much they really need me and how much i help the team…i guess that's my motivation right now…if that helps any

This question has probably answered a million times. Yahoo really ought to improve a database to prevent redundancy. Read Gary Null. Join a gym to meet like minded people and ve motivated (Curves is good for women only if you are insecure and don't want snobby or drooling men looking you up and down) Check out your local library for yoga classes. Look online for local healthy clubs like power walking or running. You'd be surprised at how many people just like you are out there. Squats are still the number one exercise to lose wait and and done quickly can double as cardio. I bike ride every where to stay lean and it's better for the environment.

A vegetarian diet would help.

I have motivated my husband who lost 20 lbs, my children are lean and healthy (no longer chubby). Myself I have lost 31 lbs.
And many others, I hope.
We do these:
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Oh, still eat the occasional ice cream
5)Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, (my children full cream milk), cheese, yoghurt and some dark chocolates.
All my husband and I do is an hour brisk walk every weekday morning. My children are naturally active.
More details in my blog.
