How do I lose weight fast?

Im goin to Italy in the end of July is it possible for me to lose weight really fast?
Always eat half of your normal portion.Drink plain water (soft drink has high content of sugar which makes you fat)before each of your meal to give you the full feeling so you wouldn't take much after that.Exercise half an hour at least a day.Watch your diet.Don't go for oily food.Grilled ,fried ,barbecued food are bad ,not only for weight but also your skin.Skip meat and eat more vegies.Too salty a food retains water in your body hence avoid salty stuff.Don't sit while you can stand as standing also burns out calories.Don't drive while you can walk.Grap every chance to walk be it a short distance.Good luck.
Cut carbs and fats, emphasize veggies….and excercise daily (at least and hour a day). Good luck!

Cut out "white" food: sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes
No drinking
No salt
Tons of veggies
Tons of exercise
Tons of water
Eat only every 3 hrs per day, small portions up to 5x per day (eat a good amount of calories, probably 1200 for an average woman)
Stop eating 3 hrs before bed.
I did all this & lost 65lbs in 6 months.

maybe you could try eating less or nothing at all. maybe 100+ ounces of water, enough veggies to choke a rain forest, overloaded proteins including chicken and tuna, serious lack of all things truly good and tasty, exercise, no no no sodium.
as it's almost july and you're running out of time… nothing will help you lose as much as you want in the your limited time frame. try a lifestyle of it and you'll always be where you want when you want. kudos
