<p>It is a pretty harmless test the Candida Spit Test, however while many people swear by it, there is no substantiated proof that it is a clinically sound method.</p>
<p>For example my own personal testing has revealed inconsistencies. I am very healthy with no particular reason to carry out a Candida Spit Test other than for my own research. First test indicated that I was in fact in good health. However on two other samples there were some negative signs. Once again there is absolutely no reason for there to be any indication that I have an issue with a candida overgrowth.</p>
<p>But once again if you want to do a Candida Spit Test go right ahead, I just want to make sure to do not place to much emphasis on the results that it gives.</p>
<p>So here is what you do;</p>
<p>Put a clear glass of the good oil, H2O, in a place that will remind you the next morning that today is the Candida Spit Test day. Make sure it is a glass or cup that you can clearly see through so that you can see what is happening with your saliva.</p>
<p>Have a great nights sleep and try not to dream about spitting&#8230;</p>
<p>When you get up in the morning before you do anything else, get a good amount of saliva in your mouth and spit it into the glass of water. Its early and you don&#8217;t need to be cleaning up a mess, so please do this in an orderly fashion!</p>
<p>Have a look at what you see and then go and have your shower or whatever you would normally be doing if it were not for your Candida spit test.</p>
<p>You should take a look at your developing candida spit test every 15 minutes or so for about an hour.</p>
<p>Here is what to watch for that is meant to show that you have a problem. But first I will cover off what is supposed to indicate a healthy candida spit test result. If during the course of the test your saliva tends to float but gradually disappears, you are clear.</p>
<p>It might be that your spit does not dissipate, but either creates a cloud in the water or appear to be like string, or even just drop to the bottom. Finally it might leave some specks hanging in the water.</p>
<p>According to the Candida spit test theory, if any of this shows up you have Candida Albicans Overgrowth. If you have observed these sings and that it has shown up really quickly, this is an even stronger indication of a problem.</p>
<p>Certainly there will be many results that are accurate and will confirm or deny a problem with Candida Overgrowth. I simply recommend that you take the results with a grain of salt.</p>
<p>At the end of the day, if you are concerned that you may have a problem, then consult with your doctor to get some more accurate tests done. Sure do your candida spit test, but don&#8217;t put to much emphasis on its results.</p>
