Does anyone know of the fastest weight loss system for women? I've heard alot about http://www.TrimYourFat.com - and I signed up for their free trial - but I figured I would see if anyone here has tried something that worked well.

Try taking multivitamins every day. Because it gives your body the nutrients you don't or can't give it and because it keeps your body from eating at your muscle. I started a month ago after I found out I had been working out so hard that my body was eating at my muscle, and since then I have been able to lose over ten pounds. Every day I take it I notice a difference and if I don't take it I stay the same. My waistline shrunk 3 inches and my hipline shrunk 2 inches. I also have more energy to work out than before.
I heard that some people never notice a difference in weight with it, but most people do, so try it for about a week and see.

    find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
    eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
    5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
    8 glasses of water a day.
    4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
    no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
