We can get our information quickly, drive fast cars, have video conversation on the other side of the world and on top of that the media and television are constantly bombarding us with celebrities who look flabby one day and a month later they seem to have lost it all and are on the cover of a magazine in a bikini. 6 oz of cooked shrimp, 1 kiwi (sliced), 1 medium cucumber, 3 cups of mixed greens, 2Tb Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
