I'm Planning on losing weight before my next year of school…Some Of the girls is my school lost a lot of weight by quiting Junk Food…But Thats more than just candy and sweets right?…What foods are considered junk food that i should stay away from to lose weight?..Right Now I Drink Herbal Tea In the Morning to Curb my Appetite..Anyother Idea I had was to Just Eat Salads and Vege's for Lunch..But I'm Getting Sick of that…Then For Dinner Lately I've Been having regular dinner foods…I Also Eat Lean Cuisines for lunch Every now and Then..They Are Good and They Help You Lose Weight. Chips, Soda, Eating out all the time Yes Candy, eating brownies cookies all those yummy fatning food that we find soooooo good and know they are bad for us is junk food. Lean Cuisine is good. Eat healthy. and exercise thats the best way to loose weight. thats is if you commit yourself to doing it. Its about commitment. Anything thats not somewhat natural stay away from. Is herbal tea all you do in the morning??It has been proven that you will lose more weight if you eat a good breakfast then if you dont. Also drink alot of water. Cant forget CARDIO. I wouldnt suggest taking weight loss pills.

Stay away from chips, buttered popcorn, pizza, sugary sodas, candy of course, a lot of bread, french fries, and burgers. Stick with lean meats like turkey ham, fish, salads, (easy on the dressings,) water, whole wheat bread, to name a few.
